one of two designs i put together for miss forrgotenrose's elf queen Titania.
i didn't have too much specific to work with in given details other than some suggested color-schemes, request for details, and a preference for layer-work, but i hope these are ok!

on this one i struggled a little bit on what i wanted to do. while the character is an elf, i took a lot of reference from Irish myth and colors, even if it doesn't show. this is supposed to be along the lines of a riding habit; the white with gold ribbon/green sash is one layer, the thin, loose green shirt with the sleeves is another. underneath that is a pair of slacks and boots or shoes.
